Please read these terms carefully before using GrassPass.
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GrassPass, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“GrassPass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your access to and use of the GrassPass website and mobile application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business that participates as a Brand Partner, you also agree to the Brand Partner Agreement on that business’s behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.
GrassPass is a technology platform with two kinds of users. Consumers use the Service, at no charge, to discover promotions, coupons, and other offers (“Deals”) made available by participating cannabis brands and licensed cannabis businesses (“Brand Partners”). Brand Partners pay GrassPass a fee to list on the platform and may pay additional fees for featured placement, under the GrassPass Brand Partner Agreement.
GrassPass is not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, cultivator, manufacturer, distributor, delivery service, or testing laboratory. GrassPass does not sell, distribute, deliver, ship, handle, take title to, or take possession of cannabis or any cannabis product, and GrassPass does not process, collect payment for, or take a commission on any sale of cannabis. Any purchase you make is a transaction solely between you and the licensed business that sells the product, completed in person or through that business’s own ordering system and subject to its own prices, policies, and terms. GrassPass is not a party to that transaction.
Some content on the Service is paid advertising. When a Brand Partner pays for Featured Brand placement, Featured Deal placement, or a homepage banner, that content is shown because the Brand Partner paid for it, and GrassPass labels it as featured or sponsored. Placement on the Service, paid or otherwise, is not an endorsement by GrassPass of any Brand Partner or product, and GrassPass does not independently verify the legality, licensure, safety, quality, potency, labeling, or testing of any product.
You may use the consumer side of the Service only if all of the following are true:
Cannabis remains illegal under United States federal law. GrassPass makes no representation that use of the Service or the purchase of any cannabis product is lawful where you are, and you are responsible for knowing whether your conduct is lawful in your location. GrassPass may require proof of age or identity, may restrict access by geographic location (including by geofencing or IP-based blocking), and may deny or end access for anyone it reasonably believes does not meet these requirements.
Creating an account is free for consumers. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current, and you are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at support@mygrasspass.com of any unauthorized use. GrassPass may suspend or close an account that it reasonably believes contains false or unverifiable information or is being used by someone who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
4.1 Deal content. Deals shown on the Service, including prices, discounts, bundles, and limited-time offers, are created and supplied by Brand Partners. GrassPass republishes that information and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or current availability, and does not guarantee that any Brand Partner or retail location will honor a Deal. Deal terms are set solely by the Brand Partner and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
4.2 How redemption works. To redeem a Deal, you present the offer in the manner the Deal describes, for example by showing the offer screen or an offer code at a participating licensed location, or by applying a code through that business’s own ordering system. Redemption is subject to the Brand Partner’s own conditions, including any expiration date, quantity limit, product restriction, and the possession limits and other rules of your jurisdiction. GrassPass does not control whether a Deal is honored and is not responsible if one is not.
4.3 No points, credits, or cash value. The Service does not maintain a points balance, credit balance, or stored value of any kind, and Deals have no cash value. A Deal may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and a Deal that is not redeemed before it expires is simply gone.
4.4 Reviews, sharing, and referrals. If the Service lets you leave reviews or share Deals, and if GrassPass or a Brand Partner ever offers you anything of value for doing so, you agree to disclose that clearly and conspicuously in any review or post, consistent with the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides, and to post only reviews that reflect your own genuine experience.
Any business that lists Deals or purchases featured placement on the Service does so under the GrassPass Brand Partner Agreement, which governs that relationship and controls over these Terms as to any Brand Partner matter, including fees, content standards, licensure, and the data a Brand Partner receives. By accepting the Brand Partner Agreement, a business also accepts these Terms for its use of the Service generally. Featured Brand placement, Featured Deal placement, and homepage banners are paid advertising, and GrassPass labels them as featured or sponsored so that consumers can tell the difference.
You agree not to:
The Service displays listings, offers, and other content from Brand Partners and may display reviews or ratings from users. GrassPass does not control, and is not responsible for, the accuracy, legality, or safety of third-party content. Any purchase, delivery, return, or dispute involving a Brand Partner or a retail location is solely between you and that business. GrassPass takes reasonable steps to list only businesses that represent themselves as licensed, but does not guarantee any business’s licensure or compliance.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GrassPass or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms, GrassPass grants consumers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, and grants Brand Partners a limited license to use the Service to publish Deals for the term of their participation. If you submit reviews, ratings, photos, Deal content, or other material (“User Content”), you grant GrassPass a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that material in connection with operating and promoting the Service, and you represent that you own or have the rights to it. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that satisfies the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to legal@mygrasspass.com.
By creating an account you agree to receive communications about your account and the Service by email and, if you have the app installed, by push notification. If you separately opt in, you may also receive marketing messages, including by SMS or text message; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the method provided in the message or in your account settings, though you cannot opt out of administrative messages needed to operate your account. GrassPass does not sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing.
Cannabis affects people differently and its effects can be unpredictable, especially for inexperienced users. Nothing on the Service is medical advice, and GrassPass does not recommend cannabis to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a physician before using cannabis, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis. Keep cannabis products away from children and pets. You are responsible for complying with the possession limits and other requirements of your jurisdiction.
Our collection and use of information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Because information about cannabis-related interests, redemptions, or location can be sensitive, and remains sensitive given cannabis’s status under federal law, please review the Privacy Policy carefully, including the sections on how information is shared with Brand Partners, how you can limit that sharing, and how we respond to government requests.
The Service is intended for use only where adult-use or medical cannabis is legal, and only in the manner permitted by the marketplace (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you obtained it. GrassPass may restrict, geofence, or disable features in specific jurisdictions or marketplaces to comply with law or marketplace policy, including policies that prohibit facilitating cannabis sales through certain channels. The Service may not be used to facilitate interstate shipment or transport of cannabis.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. GrassPass may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, that creates risk or possible legal exposure for GrassPass, or as required by law. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, and 14 through 20 survive termination.
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL DEALS, BRAND PARTNER LISTINGS, PAID PLACEMENTS, AND USER CONTENT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GRASSPASS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEAL WILL BE HONORED, THAT ANY BRAND PARTNER OR PRODUCT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SAFE, LEGAL, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR THAT ANY LISTING OR PLACEMENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRASSPASS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY BRAND PARTNER, RETAIL LOCATION, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY. GRASSPASS’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100; A BRAND PARTNER’S CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THE BRAND PARTNER AGREEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrassPass and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or of applicable law, or your interactions or transactions with any Brand Partner or retail location.
Please read this Section carefully, because it affects your legal rights. Except for disputes that qualify for small-claims court, you and GrassPass agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. YOU AND GRASSPASS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by sending notice to the address in Section 20.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent federal law applies. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
GrassPass may modify these Terms. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date, and for material changes GrassPass will give additional notice, such as an in-app notice or an email, at least 30 days before the change takes effect (or, for Brand Partners, before the start of the next billing period). Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Brand Partner Agreement or order form make up the entire agreement between you and GrassPass regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. GrassPass’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; GrassPass may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. GrassPass is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to GrassPass, including arbitration opt-outs and legal notices, should be sent to legal@mygrasspass.com or to GrassPass, LLC, P.O. Box 7274, Kansas City, Missouri 64113.
